This information is repetitive of our privacy statement, but we feel it is important enough to repeat.
Recent articles out of Tampa Florida and around the country have indicated that a major computer repair chain has had issues which led them to assist in the prosecution of a consumer for items that were found on their hard drive when the computer was brought in for repair and images were found on the hard drive that were of questionable legality. While Triumph Media does not condone or support any kind of illegal activity by computer users, in our opinion, this issue goes deeper than just the legal aspect. The computer was taken to this organization for repair and it seems as if a technician felt it necessary to search the storage system for images and / or any other information. Triumph Media only will search files that are required to repair the computer. Triumph Media, when repairing your personal or business computer will only access information about the system or files that are critical to the repair of the system. Accessing images, audio or video will only take place if the system if contracted for the repair of those system items and only with the consumers knowlege..
