What to do before you call for help.

If you are going to contact Triumph Media for JIT support (Just in Time) - please make sure you have tried the basics first.

Is the computer plugged in and turned on?
Have you rebooted?
Have you added any new hardware or software?  Have you tried removing these to resolve the issue?

If you have tried all this, or just need a cleanup, virus removal or something of the sort, we are here to help.
