›› About Triumph Media
Triumph Media was founded in 1989 in Upper Darby PA by Christopher Klein with the assistance of Tracy Prestileo. The original purpose of Triumph Media Technical Services was to fight against outsourcing and the quick rise in technical support pricing.
Triumph Media is a Memphis, TN based technical support company. We bring together the best of both worlds. Deep experience in the technical arena and low cost to consumers.
The team of Triumph Media has been hand picked with deep emphasis on Win-Win scenerio support. Our "by job - not by hour" technical support tenants assure that you get the best technical support at the most reasonable prices.
Our team has full experience in all windows based operating systems from Windows 2.0 through the recent release of Windows 7x. We also support SCO Unix, Linux and hardware / networking systems. We pride ourselves on not always having the answer, but knowing where to find it, quickly and effectivly.
›› Not just technical support...
Triumph Media, though a technical support company has a full array of training programs available for in home or in office use. We can teach your family or train your office staff on any number of windows based applications.
Our design team can create a website for you at a fraction of the cost of our major competitors. We use both templated and "ground up" designs to meet the needs of your family website, business website or online store.
We can also create images, video, audio or power point presentations for your online services or personal / business events.
›› The Roots of Triumph Media
In 1989, Christopher and Tracy not only provide Philadelphia based technical support, but also ran 3 Bulletin Board Systems under the Mustang Wildcat 3.5 software.
Spyders Webb BBS - a single line dial in BBS dedicated to the obscure and strange. One of the founding systems of PANNet (Philadelphia Area New Age Network)
Cayln's Circle BBS - A multi-line BBS with mostly chat engines and door games dedicated to the deceased son (Calyn) of Christopher and Tracy.
Salem's Crossing BBS - A multi-line BBS running RIP graphics, chat rooms, door games, file downloads and a massive message board running PANNet and FIDONet.
These 3 systems ran on 2 486x computers with US Robotics Dual Standard modems, multiple phone lines and a LOT of work.
Remember your past in preparation for the future.
Cat5? Cat6? I thought we were running cable - not running a kennel
